By Wendy Willming, Marketing Manager (and wine enthusiast)

We know it’s time to hit the pool parties, the porch parties, the park parties…and we’ve got you covered with large format wines to keep the party going. No matter where you and your friends are headed, these wines will give you enough pours to take care of a crowd. Need something outdoor-friendly? We got you plus a range of options that are easy to grab-and-go. And can we just say MAGNUMS?! We love a good grilling party and nothing says party quite like busting out a baller magnum for your guests.

The best part is you don’t have to sacrifice great taste with these larger formats to fit the budget. Here’s a few of our current favorites that we think pair well with just about any Summertime gathering. It’s time to bulk up your coolers and make the good times last even longer.

Field Recordings Boxie Red Blend & White Blend $42.99 each

Gone are the days of Box Wine being lesser quality! Field Recordings says it best: Boxed wine has gotten a bit of a bad rap, but don't let that stop you. It's actually the best way to keep your wine fresh & drinkable. The box protects your wine from light, while the bag prevents any oxygen exposure. You can take your time with this one — no more rushing to finish an expensive bottle before it goes bad. Stash in your fridge and enjoy for up to 90 days. Perfect for last minute gatherings and ideal for hitting the lake, beach, or any outdoor hang. The Red Blend has notes of cherries and raspberry jam and the White Blend has notes of citrus, pineapple and apple ideal to sip all day long.

Vagabonde Cotes du Rhone Rouge $24.99

This classic Côtes du Rhône red blend from a cooperative of small producers features Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. It’s packaged in a vacuum pouch that includes both a carrying handle and an integrated spout, making this easy to take with you and to keep the wine fresh and pure for several weeks. Hand harvested fruit brimming with notes of raspberries, plums, and pepper.

Elisabeta Foradori Lezer Magnum $59.99

This magnum of Teroldego Lezer from Domaine Foradori comes from the brilliant idea of Elisabeta Foradori to experiment with different vinifications and different containers for the Domaine's star grape variety, Teroldego. By blending it with other grape varieties and limiting the aging to a short maceration and aging process (4 months in concrete, oak, and amphora), Foradori gave birth to this cuvée Lezer. A joyful natural cuvée with a devilish drinkability potential! A profile of rosé wine with lots of fruit, almost non-existent tannins and ultimately a lot of juiciness! A range of tangy red fruits (cranberry, cherry, strawberry) combined with a finely herbal touch. It is very effective for a wine that is bursting with energy, we love it!
