UnVEILing the Next Arrival & When it Rains it Pours: Tons of New New

Apr 20, 2023

When it rains here at Hop City, the pours are aplenty. And this week, it's raining beers pretty hard! With an epic deluge from Modern Hops and our friends at Liberator you're going to want to make a visit to our New & Seasonal section for some fun shopping (refer to the listing below). And hold on tight because the forecast for next week is equally exciting - a new arrival will be blowing in from Veil Brewing! Here's what's headed our way:

VEIL BREWING

No Holding Back (8%) - a brand new Hazy Oat DIPA with Citra, Simcoe and Vic Secret. The addition of oats (over 40%) delivers ultra creaminess. $25.99 / 16oz 4-pack

Toof Ache (6.3%) - intensely hopped hazy IPA with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Columbus. Organic orange juice was added to soften and help balance things out. $20.99 / 16oz 4-pack

Lock Lock (6.5%) - clear, clean and dry DDH West Coast-style IPA hopped with Citra, Centennial, and Simcoe. Will bring back faded memories of your childhood with notes of orange fruit cups and Juicy Juice. $20.99 / 16oz 4-pack

Cat Nap Enhanced (6.0%) - PA with Mosaic, Nelson, Galaxy, and Citra, enhanced with proprietary techniques that take this to another level of soft and juicy. Impressions of sweet pineapple, musky tropical fruit, tangerine, and papaya fruit leather. $20.99 / 16oz 4-pack

Crucial Aunt (8.2%) - a relative of the beloved flagship IPA, Crucial Taunt. The Aunt switches things up by using mango puree and mango nectar. $25.99 / 16oz 4-pack

Blue Blue Ferrari Ferrari (8.0%) - Luxuriously soft DIPA double dry hopped w/ the freshest Amarillo and Galaxy. The Amarillo in Blue takes the series in a slightly more citrus direction which complements the strong tropical and stone fruit undertones of Galaxy. $25.99 / 16oz 4-pack

Push & Pull - Push & Pull is a cool new concept where Veil thoughtfully blended mature oak-aged mixed-fermentation Saison with different styles of fresh beer.

Push (6.0%) - 66% Saison (mixed-fermentation with wheat, oats, spelt and rye and aged with whole leaf hops) and 34% THEY Lager (brewed with raw wheat, and hopped with Perle and El Dorado). $15.99 / 750mL bottle

Pull (6.0%) - 66% Saison (see above) and 34% New Mirage IPA (heavy on oats and hopped w/ Nelson, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra) $15.99 / 750mL bottle

All of the above Veil products will be available at Krog, West End and Fayetteville early next week. Stay tuned on our social channel for when they land and for more details.
