Yazoo Open

In collaboration with Jeff Mello of Bootleg Biology, a bold dark wheat ale open top fermented with a local Nashville isolated yeast strain. Aged in red wine Syrah barrels for over a year. A delicious expression of local flora, barrel character and ambient microbes.
