Anchorage Brewing Fingal Saison

Brewed in collaboration with Irish knife and cheese maker from Gubeen, Ireland, Fingal Ferguson. Open fermented in Anchorage Brewing's roof top coolship with Saison yeast, picking up natural Alaska flora in the cool night air. Then transferred to oak foeders with brettanomyces for a long, slow, and complex fermentation.
