We fermented this absurdly tasty saison with an all-star lineup of house cultures, lightly dry-hopped it with Spalter Select, infused it with generous amounts of chamomile, and aged it in oak foeders. The result is a magical combo of earthy citrus, farmhouse funk, and vanilla-laced oak that very well may elicit the urge to break out into joyous song.
