The Veil Escape (DDH)

Escape begins as a batch of Master Shredder, Veil's house IPA brewed straight into oak barrels where it ferments and ages for a year with a blended Brettanomyces pitch and house culture. It then gets a fresh double dry-hop addition of Mosaic and Amarillo. The result is an extremely aromatic, clementine-forward wild ale with impressions of lemon meringue, sprite zest, and a pleasant musky fruit character.
