If crafting hazy IPAs were martial arts, Parish's latest collab with North Park Beer Company represents a twirling 360 drop kick. Presenting: Ghost-Fu! North Park’s Hop-Fu! is their quintessential West Coast IPA that Parish used as a starting point for Ghost-Fu! Dosed heavily with Simcoe Dynaboost and dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo, it packs the familiar juicy punch of Ghost in the Machine but isn’t hazy and drinks smooth for a Double IPA.
