DeLille Cellars Chaleur Blanc

This blend of 69% Sauvignon Blanc and 31% Semillon is aged in new oak and gets full malo and lees aging, so all the tropical fruit notes are coated in creamy, honeycomb richness, lent even more heft by the waxy florality of the semillon. About 60% of the juice is aged in stainless steel, so that keeps the acidity popping. It’s an insane kaleidoscope of texture and flavor, and it’s one of our favorite wines in the world!!
