Lustau Dry Vermut

Lustau is a sherry house, so they use sherry instead of regular wine to infuse with the botanicals. This one is made with manzanilla, a flor-aged sherry that’s dry and salty. The vermouth keeps that hint of nutty brine along with crisp citrus notes and plenty of herbs. Your martini is begging for this, but it’s also great with tonic or soda and a lemon twist. And you know you want to drink it with some bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with blue cheese.
