Trillium / Halfway Crooks Premium Lager

Our first collaboration with Halfway Crooks Beer (Atlanta, GA), which takes inspiration from pre-Prohibition lagers. Premium Lager is brewed with Pilsner malt from Valley Malt (Holyoke, MA) and Trillium-grown corn in the grist and is hopped with a blend of Hersbrucker, Hallertau Mittelfruh, Saaz, and Magnum. The finished beer features a spicy noble hop character with a light sweetness, an assertive bitterness, and a light-to-medium body.
