Fuso Cala Terre Siciliane Bianco

The Bianco is a skin-contact Catarratto. This particular variety of Catarratto is called “extra shiny” and produces a particularly rich orange color. The grapes are harvested early to maintain acidity. The wine is dry and structured, with notes of stone fruit, cantaloupe, sandalwood, and dried flowers.
