Tapiz Sparkling Malbec Rosé

Made by the Champagne method, a towering 1350-meters above sea level, Tapiz farms their estate fruit in one of the newest sub-regions of the Uco Valley, San Pablo. With a highly skilled winemaking team, including Jean Claude Berrouet (formerly of Pétrus for 44 years), Tapiz is making some of the most stunning sparkling wine in Argentina, period.  Aged 9 months on the lees, the wine is a delicious yin-yang of fruit, freshness, texture, and acidity. Pale pink (yup!) delicate, and dry enough, Tapiz has created Malbec's wonderful alter ego.
