Franz Weninger Ponzichter

The Alps gently roll into Burgenland, where the cool mountain air and cold water match rolling hills and sunny skies. Ponzichter is a blend of Zweigelt, Blaüfrankish, Cabernet Franc, and Pinot Noir, sourced from both Austria and Hungary. This is a crunchy and earthy red full of cherry, raspberry, cranberry, with some mushroomy forest floor and soft minerals to keep it high acid, lightly structured, and incredibly interesting.
