A crowd pleasing red from 70% Bobal with Tempranillo and a little co-fermented Macabeo. The Macabeo is a stroke of genius lending an aromatic lift to this lovely certified organic wine. With a portion aged in clay amphora, the vivacity is palpable and real. Notes of ripe raspberries with hints of forest, strawberry, tea and flowers.
