Mouzon-Leroux L'Atavique

Certified organic and practicing biodynamic producer located in Verzy, known for thoughtful, restrained, incisive wines. Blend is 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay. A very engaging, fresh nose of white flowers, green and red apples, cinnamon, roasted almonds, and tarte tatin, with a dryingly acidic palate balanced by integrated yeastiness and a persistent finish.
