Jester King Snorkel (4.2%) - Unlike the other two beers highlighted this week, Snorkel isn’t named after a vegetable, but was actually fermented with some. Oyster mushrooms were used in Jester King’s recipe to bring out umami flavors, along with sea salt and smoked alderwood salt for their rift on a German Gose. It’s bright, a little funky and interestingly complex..and we love it.
