A DOUBLE DROP FROM EQUILIBRIUM AND HOP BUTCHER
Equilibrium first landed in Georgia in 2019, and we’re still not tired of them! Fresh up this week we’ve got a stellar Omnipolo collab, the return of our favorite marshmallow IPA, and more! (Available at Krog)
Equilibrium / Omnipolo 18 Decillion - Brewed with Idaho 7, Strata, and Galaxy, 18 Decillion pours a hazy yellow with tropical melon, orange gummy slices, big papaya, and passion fruit notes.
Equilibrium Fluff Frequency - Pineapple, passion fruit, and mango dipped in marshmallow frosting! Not overly sweet—the kiss of marshmallow adds a touch of melted ice cream flavor.
Equilibrium Fulcrum - Brewed with wheat and oats for a soft base and hopped with Citra, Idaho-7, Nelson, and Strata, this DIPA is a beautiful combo of dank fruit and balanced bitterness.
Equilibrium South St. Foeder Pils - Exceptionally balanced with perfect bitterness and clean finish that refreshes your palate and guides you like a sherpa to your next sip.
Hop Butcher truly makes some of the best IPAs out there - if you’ve been sleeping on them, you need to fix that ASAP! (Available at Krog and West End)
Hop Butcher Baby Octopus - A mosaic-hopped hazy pale ale, the baby version of the beloved Lord Octopus DIPA. All the flavor at an approachable 6% ABV.
Hop Butcher Bughouse Square - This bold DIPA is packed with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin. Tropical fruit, citrus, and a satisfying gently bitter finish.
Hop Butcher Double Grid - Citra and Mosaic-hopped DIPA with notes of orange and cream, grapefruit, and lemon rind with moderate bitterness.
Hop Butcher Dun Dun Dun - Hopped with Amarillo, Citra, and Galaxy, Dun Dun Dun was the 2021 New York International Beer Competition Silver Medalist in the Imperial IPA category.
