Summer Is Hanging On, And We've Still Got a Ton of Fun Beers for the Sun

Sep 07, 2023

We've still got plenty of fresh, new, and fun beers to help you beat the late summer heat!

Yes, we've got dozens of Oktoberfest beers and more than a handful of pumpkin beers on our shelves already, and we love that! But, we ALSO have a bunch of really fun beers that are perfect for the actual weather we are still having.

If you want to continue ignoring the impending fall weather and simply keep going to the pool, we are so here for you. Oktoberfest and pumpkin will be there for you whenever you are ready for them. Check out Jake's favorite hot weather sippers below.

Pipeworks, Cold Crispy Lime
Self-evident, linear and clean, this easy-sipping dry and crisp lager exudes just enough lime juiciness to keep things zesty, and insist on sip after sip. One of the most crushable beers we've got.

Sixpoint/ Mike's Hot Honey, Slice Sipper
New York summers are known for oppressive heat and pizza by the slice, and this collaboration farmhouse brew goes perfectly with both. A mildly funky yet dry and pleasant base gets a floral boost and a noticable kick of heat from the hot honey. Hard to describe, easy to drink, quickly.

Duclaw, Sour Me OH YEAH!
In terms of summertime refreshment nostalgia, it doesn't get much better than a tall, ice cold glass of Kool-Aid, and this fruit punch sour from Duclaw does an uncannily good job of recreating just that. Humongous sentient pitcher not included.

Casita, Berryale
File this under, "pretty, fruity, summer afternoon sipper." Massively juicy and pleasantly tart, this strawberry sour ale is made delightfully soft and light and sweet by the added lemon, chamomile and marshmallow. We can't get enough of this one.

Join us for the kickoff of Oktoberfest!
